Napoli – Cagliari Preview

A triumph over Cagliari could see Napoli move to third in the log if Inter Milan beat Juventus and they could go one place higher depending on Milan’s result against Torino. Napoli have had a stunning season thus far, with only an early UEFA Cup exit being the single black mark on a fearsome campaign. At home the Partenopei have been unstoppable, with the three points arriving on a constant basis. Cagliari travel to the San Paolo this weekend and they will be galvanised by a number of consistent results in recent times including a 1-0 win over Fiorentina last week. Napoli should earn all three points, but Cagliari won’t make it easy for them.
